Perhaps someone can explain this to me then, a friend of mine did an ORD-SFO-SYD-MEL and the same thing back, however he had 3 days in SYD before he flew to MEL. Then 3 days in MEL then the trip home, all he needed was 2 SWU, how is that possible if they only allow 24 hour for a layover? Thanks in advance
