This may be hard to believe, but not everyone's driving force in life is "free" food. Furthermore, given that many of the active participants in these forums tend to do "unnatural things" in order to qualify/re-qualify for Globalist (ghost mattress runs to Vegas, staying in properties they have no desire to but "gotta get the EQNs and the 'free breakfast,' putting non-optimized spend on the Hyatt credit card to get EQNs, etc) one could make the case that said breakfast is not really "free" but rather has just been prepaid.
And for the record, I also have no desire to eat the same breakfast for 12-14 days, even if "free."
