No solution to propose here, unfortunately, but in case anyone's keeping track, I had two legs in P and two legs in I, none credited. Used the online tool, was rejected, no email explaining. Following advice upthread I put a claim through using the customer service portal (thanks Schwann!), but man what a pain!
