United is coming pretty darn close to false advertising claims when it won't let you even search for and book trips using travel credits, miles, and PlusPoints. Think about how they advertise "flexible booking" and the promotion of PlusPoints, miles, etc. This has gone too far and someone should be fired for allowing this tech snafu to have happened.

I hope they rectify this immediately, and they should at least extend PlusPoints expiration while they figure it out. I've emailed them (I had to use the 1K email as no other emails are easily identifiable on their website) but expect no reply.
