The GH Tokyo Grand Club has exceptional staff/service, quality Japanese and Western spreads at breakfast, nice evening cocktails/canapés (substantial enough to serve as dinner if you don’t have time to go elsewhere), and dedicated reception and concierge. The breakfast and evening food selections also change every day.

To give an example of the level of service - at the end of my latest stay, I was checking out at the front desk downstairs, and they notified the Grand Club Manager (who had also checked us in 4 days prior) and she promptly left the club and came down 10 floors to personally thank us and wish us a safe journey home.
