I've tried calling the location - although they have a phone number, there are no options to speak with anyone, and if you hit "0" they actually hang up on you.
My question is, how do I get in touch with the location to find out why my contract isn't closed out?
I went through this in the other thread - apparently there is no way to get in touch with the location directly. You have to go through customer service which will tell you they’ll email the branch and it will go nowhere.
in my case I had to escalate to my company VP of travel who was able to get out hertz corp contract rep to reverse the charge entirely. After talking to 4 different reps and 6 different reps on twitter I never did get an actual receipt. If it happens again I can virtually guarantee our company will switch back to national as our preferred vendor.
