Centric Ginza is a little more modern and unique while GH is full service
I quite like the GH Tokyo club so would pick that over the Centric. I also much prefer the GH Tokyo as a property overall vs the Centric. I would only consider the Centric if the Ginza location is much more convenient for your trip.
