Is this a joke?

I'm pretty sure I'm not a bot... So United now doesn't want its customers booking on its website. I'm searching different itineraries to try to use PlusPoints which expire 7/31 (cause nothing has cleared so far), and I keep getting booted off the website. If you try to find tech support online, United gives no options (see attached) for web support. The chat function is blocked for some reason.

This is a joke. If anyone is aware of an actual email address for complaints, please let me know. No interest in waiting on hold to get transferred 7 times.
