They might add a few LGA-BOS frequencies back because it's important to competing in BOS and it's a short distance to fly for a slot squat at LGA, but I have read many airline executives saying that the business market has fundamentally changed and services like the shuttle are much less important.
Having read some of the court filings and some of the commentary, I expect AA will trade some of their LGA/JFK over to JetBlue. What AA is going to get is a mystery... one of the documents said that pre-NEA, AA was investigating trading away slots at LGA/JFK to JetBlue and in exchange receiving cash and five gates in BOS (!!).
