The Beverly Wilshire is a tragedy these days and the renovation did not help at all. FS LA is much better, especially with Esther Oh Kostecky now at the helm. But somehow FS in California never really impressed me... always tend to stay at any of the Dorchester properties, which are sublime.
Peninsula is also solid.
