Funnily enough my wife pointed out that hotel earlier today and suggested we stay there next time.

I think the restaurant you highlight is in Santa Margherita rather than Pula proper. This is a bit closer to Chia (and it's not obvious for those who haven't been but is pronounced Kee-Ah not Chee-ah).
