Upon further checking, turns out that the system posted this incorrectly on the outbound segment, ie. my MIA DFW ICT flights posted using distance instead of fare - so this is not in my favour. I will have to call in and get it corrected, I assume the normal EXP desk doesnt handle this and I need to call AAdvantage customer service, is this correct...?
Perhaps I need to audit my previous flights also, doesn anybody have an idea how long this had been going on.... not sure how far back I need to check,
