I think they are now given out at the Family Zone hence why hand baggage only customers wouldn’t see them, however they are still available on the ground only if customers ask.
Yes fair point. I also got one at the little podium at the entrance to Club the other day. Still think it is rather a strange thing to list as a feature of a fare type on the website.
