I just got the email. This is actually splendid news. (I literally did a redemption < 30 days ago where we wanted to embark from YUL but were not allowed -- had to go for BOS.)

Now terms permit flying from any airport, redeeming from any country (not just US), and travel via EI and IB as well as BA. Maybe I'm just starved for good news lately but this is outstanding.
