Thanks both - my strategy worked, but after 90 minutes...
- On hold with SE line
- On hold with Concierge line
- Emailed main concierge email, as well as copied concierge in YUL and MUC/ZRH (all the planned and possible connection points)
- After about 75 minutes, I realized I should copy Paris and LHR concierge as well, as they have bigger teams and are in the right time zone
At 90 minutes, a lovely woman (Sylvia) from the Paris team called me and helped me out with the ZRH , but it left me with 50 minutes to leave the hotel, get to NCE, and get to the boarding.. luckily no traffic and airport empty (Bastille Day) I arrived and basically walked straight on the plane.
Good outcome, but shouldn't take 90 minutes and the resourcefulness we have to make something fairly straight forward like this work given the broadcasted benefit of the concierge.
Safe travels all
