I'm currently silver, tier point collection end date early August and silver expiry date showing as Sep 2023. I now have 620 tier points to renew silver, the last of which posted in mid-June, but haven't received any communication about renewing silver and my card expiry date, which I was assuming would show Sep 2024 by now, is stuck at Sep 2023. I've tried all the refreshing/log in-log out fiddles with the app short of deleting and reinstalling.
Is this normal?
When renewing, your expiry date updates on the day after your Tier points are reset (ie the 10th of the month of your year end date) In your case it will be the 10th of August.
