Interesting read the responses above! I've had an outstanding claim with BAEC for a LHR>AMS>HKG>AMS>LHR flight with BA/CX on a CX issued ticket in PE on a E fare (which according to the BA avios/tp calculator is eligible).
The BA Legs have been credited but no the CX ones. I've submitted an online claim for it to be rejected twice, and called multiple times only to wait 21 working days, only for nothing to happen and the cycle repeats itself. I've used the customer service portal twice now and sumbitted boarding passes, only for nothing to happen. Any suggestions as to what else I can do?
I'm particularly fustrated as these tier points would be enough to push me one level up before my year end, I'm reluctant to do a TP run when I should have these coming!
