Other than the double upgrade, it went a bit pear-shaped. First, housekeeping knocked on the door and tried to enter when we had the "occupied" sign on (no DND sign available).
I believe that Hyatt policy (and basically every hotel chain's policy) post-Las Vegas shooter is that they can and may enter your room, even when you have the DND sign on. Of course, they shouldn't have thrown away your bathing suit.
