You basically can eat anytime you want and there are no real set times because even when other restaurants may be closed you can always order room service. For lunch I really recommend Cielo which is the rooftop restaurant only available to Impressions guests. I felt the food was a notch higher than the other restaurants for lunch. They had things like lobster and oysters on the menu, etc. It really was delicious! For dinner we like the French place Bisou the most (on the Secrets Moxche side).
