I really need concierge help (or any help!) at the moment, but I've been on hold for both the Super Elite desk and the concierge for over an hour... both prompts said it was a 10 minute wait

I'm in NCE, flight is massively delayed, but there are two other options to get home at a good time today, via MUC and ZRH. I've now missed the MUC option since I can't get anyone live to change my booking, and ZRH is in 90 minutes.

Email to concierge / SE and local concierge teams sent 3 hours ago hasn't been responded too

Very frustrating 'service'

(any one have a concierge number in ZRH by chance?!?)
