For a Category 3 hotel, the rates were quite high, so I chose to use my 2 WoH Cat 1-4 certs which actually serves my needs really well! Any idea why the rates are so high at this hotel? And the rates at the Park Hyatt next door is even higher too!
ALSO: does this hotel has a Regency Club Lounge? It does not appear to have one but I would like to have confirmation.

No lounge here, unfortunately, and I’m sure you’ll find things exactlyas they were for your last stay, regardless of when that was.
I noticed what appeared to have been minor touch ups on a recent stay but this is getting to be a somewhat “vintage” property with the slide in key-cards and everything!
The current cash rates are insane. Thank god Hyatt still has an award chart. In some ways, I've glad I saved up my Hyatt points balance as I didn't want to redeem for the sake of redeeming. I always pay cash when the rates are good. When the cash rates are insane, it's nice to have points to use.
