The last thing I recall reading was the US DOJ was contemplating suing to block the merger, while I am hearing that Korean Air will push really hard to ensure that the deal goes through.

I tried to research recent updates, but I was not able to see anything else other than USA and U.K. both have expressed concerns regarding possible monopolization of cargo and passenger flow from these respective countries to South Korea.

Anyone has any other update(s) on the matter?
