Odd situation with double TP's happened today - journey was 2 x paxs 80 TP's outbound/return plus 6 full days car hire and date of outbound flight 28/6.

13/7 Pax 1 Double Tier Points of 0 added to account
13/7 Pax 2 Double Tier Points of 160 added to account.

No need to guess who was Pax 1

A phone call to the Gold Line will follow tomorrow.

EOA - Spoke to Gold Line this morning and they have sent my request off to be processed - will update again when I get a follow up.
