OK I have been monitoring in my app for some time the text. Originally it said "up to 28,000 advantage miles", then changed to say "bonus miles". It was bonus miles since early march till now. It has back to the originally wording of "earn 1 aadavantage mile per dollar borrowed" . That is very tempting to try given the wording has changed multiple times and is clearly aaadvantage mile per dollar borrowed and not bonus mile. may have to try. wish me luck.

ok i started accepting the offer and get to the last screen of accepting terms. here the text still says bonus miles per $1 borrowed from Barclays bank. woof. may have to call them.

didnt bother calling. Took the offer. interest is simple interest and charged on the balance remaining on a daily basis. i will pay it back in week or so. see what happens. interest payments for 10 days should be around ~$62. i will report back.
