I have both Citi Premier and Citi Double Cash Cards and ONE combined thankyou reward account. My Citi premier card annual fee is just posted and I would like to cancel the card. However, the chat agent told me that I will lose the TY points earned from Citi Premier after 60 days. Is this true? I thought TY points would be fine as long as I keep my double cash card open.
