Had significant issues at this property a few weeks ago I'm still trying to have fixed. Injured on property and management has been basically ghosting us. Will post more details when resolved but I would just stay away from this hotel for now since its so new. I really regret staying here.

Booked Grana room (biggest room other than suites) and was pretty cramped. The room had a bizarre lighting setup. Impossible to figure out what switches controlled what, on top of most of the lights being motion activated. The shower was its own contained room and the lights would turn off every minute (it gets pitch black). Don't bother getting a balcony. They put a tall glass wall in front of the actual balcony railing. I'm tall and could barely look down. The sheets were top notch comfortable, but the mattress already had significant sagging on the edge

Poor breakfast spread. Most of the breakfast stuff is ordered from menu, which took 20+ minutes in an empty restaurant and was nothing special. Room service was average. Bad enough that we just got McDonalds instead late one night.

Not a 5 star experience and not worth the price they are charging currently. The employees were all some of the best I've ever met though. Really enjoyed talking with them.
