I am Platinum on Marriott and Gold on Hilton. I do have give suite night awards I could use if warranted.
Other rates for hotels I considered -
Prince Sakura - $215
Prince Gallery - $350
Aloft Ginza - $140
Tokyo Marriott - $171
I was considering a splurge on the Park Hyatt at $900 and squeezing into one room, but I have no status with Hyatt.
So I am jealous of these prices. I have no corporate rates to use and the prices I am seeing are at least double what you are showing here, and in some cases closer to triple.
