Where would you expect it to be?

And what happens if there's a real emergency requiring that equipment while training is going on? Being far away from the airport would be counter-productive then, would it not? Or even if you have additional equipment at the training facility not near the airport, that's significant extra costs and time lost in transit to/from the site training site.
