Just wrapped a one-night stay there this week.
No upgrade provided as an LTT+Ambassador despite all categories being available (I did not request anything).
Room was ready at 11.30am so no complaints
Great interaction during check-in, got escorted to the elevator
Awesome decoration
Acceptable club lounge offering for breakfast
Lunch was really great, so was the waiting staff.
All in all a good stay but they seem to be stingy on upgrades indeed.
