I have two questions about E-ZPass things.

In the PC line, some vehicles already have E-ZPass. If I rent a car for a day and use the full toll road from NYC to Washington, D.C., and then return to NYC, the total toll charges may exceed $70. However, they only charge $20.99 regardless of the actual toll charges. Right?

Assuming that I only use E-ZPass twice in a week, will they charge me for two days or all-inclusive?
