I don’t get it. If you got the confirmation with 110% voucher, what was the problem again? Maybe you canceled the whole ticket but only outbound or inbound was “Comfort” and the remaining sector “Lite” (which is non-refundable)?
I am interested as I’ve actually canceled (within 24h) and also rebooked flights (Comfort fare) without any problem whatsoever. I thought the voucher would be equally straightforward.
