Location never closed rental / generated receipt
I returned a car to BUF approximately 24 hours ago. Employee in the garage said receipt would be emailed. Never received email and no receipts available on hertz.com. I know that once they close it out, receipts are basically there instantly, which tells me it was never closed out. I've tried calling the location - although they have a phone number, there are no options to speak with anyone, and if you hit "0" they actually hang up on you.
My question is, how do I get in touch with the location to find out why my contract isn't closed out?
