I am surprised given the many lawsuit stories 😮
I had been following one recently where they failed to provide a bus after changing the departure airport and refused to compensate pax and then lost in court.

WIZZ has been in the papers recently too as a pax took it to the baillifs to impound an airplane after they refused to pay him after losing in court.

Fortunately my FR flights have never been delayed or cancelled so never got to experiemce it first hand. Afkl always been squeaky clean (thus far!)
