I'm assuming you mean the Sheraton Miyako Tokyo for 30,000 points/¥36,760. I'm guessing the cash rate is better in this situation? I'll be in Tokyo for another week and want to check out a bunch of hotels. I'll also give the GH Tokyo and the HR Yokohama a visit.
It is to me ... but not to everyone, that's why I pointed it out. Rooms are renovated; I enjoyed my stay there in April ... that said, I paid ¥16,000 per night which was a super no-brainer. This hotel is a bit away from everything, but a ¥1,000 taxi ride to Shinagawa station or a hotel shuttle bus.
