No checks for size/weight either ways but I noticed they did yellow tags to some people backpack (happened to be either before me or after me exactly). I too was with backpack + carryon case but they didn't give an eye. Maybe those tagged were non-tier passengers with super light ticket ? I have been wondering how would they implement those under seat bag only.
HEL-AMS also no checks but similar yellow tags handed out (to almost everyone carrying multiple bags except me..). Since it was a bus gate, they boarded everyone at once so no way for them to tell who is elite etc.
