You will have access to the Aer Lingus lounge in Terminal 2 near the 400 gates when flying out of Dublin Airport.

The text you mention referring to the Arrivals lounge applies to business class customers arriving into Dublin (from the US) and having access to the Arrivals lounge which is within the baggage hall. That piece of text is generic and not applicable to your case.
