Right, that was my first thought, but then again you do have the extra legroom (and nobody to recline into you), and it’s not like they don’t charge extra for middle seats in the front block where they’re spaced out more (I assume that’s the Comfort+ I’m seeing on the seatmap?). And while you do have someone next to you on either side, that could be a travel companion anyway, and that seat does preserve arguably the main attribute of aisle seats, namely the ability to directly get up whenever. So these days when even the first 5-10 rows of completely standard Economy are something you pay for, I wouldn’t expect them to be generous and offer the exit for free, especially considering the apparent equivalent middle seats (and probably even less spacious, if they’re the wing window type) on a different plane are chargeable.
