I could not find a threat for this hotel so I'm starting one. I had a very nice two day stay here in June. I think this might become my go to hotel for this part of the city. I got one category upgrade at check in. The hard product is very nice although the walls are a bit thin or perhaps the couple next door was that good in their adult exercises. Net of this no complaints. Breakfast is very good and the daily credit actually covers solid amount of quality food and coffee. You can also use it for dinner or what not. I had burger and beer one night and they were good. I liked the design of the hotel and the fact that there are water stations on each floor. Overall, I would not hesitate to return.
Stayed at this location years ago when it was a Courtyard and thought it was nice. Good location near Dupont Circle.
In the mid-80's the building was NRA Headquarters before they moved out to Fairfax VA (I lived in an appartment on the same circle). IMO Marriott has done some good work converting city buildings into hotels....
