Recently returned. Absolutely no upgrade as a globalist. Second floor room with a view of some trees and the service road. Hotel was at 54% occupancy and all level of rooms available on web site. Asked about a different room and the check in clerk told me this was the room I was assigned and check tomorrow if I could change rooms. I checked in at 3 PM. I would say I was miffed. I hope others have a better experience, but it does seem like Globalists are getting the shaft.
