I tried to check in for a flight from LAX-CAN but couldn't get a mobile boarding pass just a ticket that says to go to the ticket counter. I'm have PTSD that im getting the SSSS so I called Alaska and she said theres no issue its normal protocol with Alaska to check documents before issuing boarding pass, but it smelled like BS to me. Is this true?
