I'm going to agree with this as well, I had a 2 hour connection and by the time I got to the lounge after clearing transit security, I only had 45 mins left before boarding. It definitely felt rushed and I wish I had more time to experience not just the lounges, but also the airport.

That being said 8 hours overnight is rough (if it was during the day I'd say you even have time to leave the airport), especially as a solo traveller I think I'd rather the the 2 hour connection.
