Booking Class X Also Equals An Upgraded Seat?
Ironically enough, I also had a question about booking class X (it must also be a booking class for upgraded Y and W --> J tickets?).
I upgraded my seat from economy booking class B (earning 100%) using JAL miles to business class (now under booking class X). However, JAL explicitly states that "mileage earned will be based on the original booking class" on their FLY ON calculator.
I want to be certain that, instead of 70% mileage accumulation for my new X class seat, I will still gain 100% mileage and FLY ON points?
