Was supposed to be Ewr to lhr but that was cancelled and I was rerouted through FRA with a 6 hour delay. Polaris lounge was ridiculously crowded and was standing room only.

My preorder of Thai chicken with udon was canceled along with my original flight but I was still able to get it on the new flight. It was surprisingly good. Sundae was fine but AA was better.

Crew was great, particularly the purser who introduced herself to each passenger and brought me a refill before I even knew I wanted one.
