Line may have been for Hanaq, which takes priority pass but then takes longer for pax to get in and has more demand. Sumaq usually does not have more than a couple of pax working on getting in at any given time.
Are they right next to eachother? I only saw one door at the end of the hallway (from the main walkway). Pretty sure it was marked "Sumaq" and had a line. I suppose it could have been for another door around the corner, though.
