I'd appreciate the airport transfer contact details, here or by DM. Sounds like I could book with them directly vs through the hotel. The Hilton I think has a $50-$75 service which sounds expensive for the location. Thanks!
I did use the airport ATM just for some "walking around" money. Credit cards were almost universally accepted, so in retrospect, I could have waited. I felt safer doing it in the airport, though.
My trip to/from Miraflores was less than $50
