Since when is it the customer role to find solutions...what I detect in your response is blame the customer for demanding service from Concierge as repeatedly advertised and promoted to those of us who have been SE ever since program began nearly 20 years ago.

To be told to consider flying tomorrow rather than Concierge finding same day solution is complete abdication of responsibility. And Latitude means that no restrictions exist to changing the itinerary does it not.

This Thread is about Concierge failures is it not...options did exist for me to get home same day, but the repeated delays to get answers meant those options disappeared.

What is purpose of Concierge if they can't make things happen ?
