Keep in mind the King Villa is the condo-building unit, not the standalone units that actually look like villas.

That said, the King Villa is a great room, it's what I had last time I stayed here and it's what I have reserved for the next 2 trips. 1050 sq feet with a proper separate bedroom. At the time when I booked, they were pricing the King Villa the same as a regular room, which is why I went ahead and booked it (same for my previous stay), but it's good that they're upgrading to them too.
