stayed at Excalibur 6/25-6/28, all cash nights, stay posted on July 3rd. Stayed at Aria 6/25-7/1 (4 nights free + 1 cash), and nothing has yet posted. Host tried to comp my 5th Aria night but I told her no, I need it for Hyatt credit. She then thought I was asking for more comps in lieu of the hotel night and said this is not a negotiation, but left the 5th night on. I've never had a problem with stays auto posting in the past, hope this isn't an issue.
I had a 7/1 check out that also has not posted. I think Saturday checkouts traditionally post the following week’s Sunday, so you’re caught up in the same week for which nobody is getting credit. It sounds like there is a technical issue. Or maybe with the partnership ending MGM just cannot be bothered with arranging stay credit any longer.
