You should have considered going to the airport yourselves....
One thing I am proud of is never had to fly LH...Successful avoided so far...
They had already spent 6 hours in line and lost a day in ATH. They had sightseeing trips booked. So did those, instead of wasting more time at airport or shopping etc.
