Many people have posted food pics on the Canadian and Corridor trains. Here are the meals served onboard the Montreal-Halifax train, aka the Ocean. This was on VIA 14, Montreal-Halifax, from Dec 2022. Unlike the Canadian, which uses HEP-1 cars with full kitchen, the Ocean uses Renaissance cars as dinning car, which only have convection ovens on board, as Renaissance cars were not designed for long distance service. Food is prepared on the ground and reheated and plated on board.
